COVID SAFETY INFORMATION
RULES FOR PASSENGERS
All passengers over 12 years of age are required to wear a mask. Masks and hand sanitiser are provided free of charge for your safety and convenience.
We ask that any passenger who is not a close contact but is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (including fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath, and loss of taste or smell) stays home, unless they have taken a negative rapid antigen test in the past 12 hours.
If a passenger has been told they are a close contact, they must follow the NSW COVID-19 guidelines by self-isolating for 7 days, taking a rapid antigen test as soon as possible and again on day 6. After this period if both tests are negative and they have no symptoms, they may leave self-isolation while avoiding high-risk settings such as aged care for a further 7 days.
HOW WE PROTECT YOU
All drivers are required to wear a mask.
Drivers will follow the same rules as passengers above with respect to COVID-19 symptoms and close contacts.
Vehicles will continue to be cleaned and disinfected regularly.
Vents and AC systems will be set to outside air and passengers are encouraged to use their windows for fresh air flow.
